Create a document with AI
Describe a lease, NDA, notice or contract and blupdf AI drafts it as a PDF in about 30 seconds. Revise in chat, fill in the blanks, finish in the editor.

Create with AI turns a description into a finished document: a lease extension, a non-disclosure agreement, a freelance contract, a rent increase notice, a letter. blupdf AI writes the full text, lays it out as real PDF pages with the right headings, clauses, tables and signature lines, and leaves blanks where your facts go.
Starting a draft
Open Studio and describe the document in the box, for example "Extend my tenant's lease by 12 months at the same rent, with signature lines for both of us." You can also choose Create with AI under the box. Drafting takes about 30 seconds; the page appears beside the chat as it is drawn. The first draft costs 300 credits.
Say what matters: the parties, the amounts, the dates, the jurisdiction, anything unusual. What you leave out becomes a blank to fill in or a standard clause. blupdf AI picks a layout suited to the kind of document, so a notice looks like a notice and a contract like a contract.
Revising
Under the document the chat continues. Ask for changes in plain language: "add a clause about pets", "make the term 24 months", "shorten the introduction". Each revision costs 100 credits and updates the whole document. A question or a request that changes nothing returns an answer in the chat and the document stands.
Filling in the blanks
Switch to the Fill in tab to see every blank the draft left, each named: Tenant, Monthly rent, Start date. Type the values and they are printed into the document. Values you type are kept with the draft, so you can come back to it later. You can also fill blanks from the chat: "the landlord is Jane Doe".
Finishing in the editor
When the draft is right, choose Finish in editor. blupdf renders the draft, with your typed values, as a PDF and opens it in the editor through the same path as an uploaded file, so it is parsed into blocks (50 credits per page). From there it is an ordinary document: retype anything, place a signature, ask blupdf AI for changes, download as PDF, DOCX, JPG or PNG. Each time you choose Finish in editor a new document is made; the draft itself stays under AI drafts on the Documents page.
Attaching a PDF
Drop a PDF into the chat and it opens in the editor instead: Studio is one door, and a real file is edited rather than redrafted. To fill in a PDF form you already have, see Filling in forms.
Not legal advice
blupdf AI writes well-structured documents, and it is a language model, not a lawyer. Wording that fits one jurisdiction may not fit another, and a clause that reads well may not be the one you need. Review every draft before you sign it or send it, and have anything with real stakes checked by a professional.
